Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
- Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)
- Returns must be initiated within the 15-day window
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear & intimates and socks unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refund Information
Once your return is processed:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Exchange Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs; we cover shipping for the replacement item
International Returns
For our global customers (excluding some Asian regions):
- All return shipments are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Customs fees and duties are non-refundable
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- We’ll arrange for a free replacement or refund
Performance Guarantee: We stand by the quality of our technical fabrics and construction. If any of our performance apparel (coats, activewear, etc.) fails under normal use within 60 days of purchase, contact us for special consideration.
