All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch

International Customers: We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian regions and remote areas). Please note that customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our performance apparel and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, here’s how it works:

Return Policy Details

  • Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order
  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear & intimates and socks unless they arrive defective or damaged.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Damaged or Defective Items
