LDC –
They run VERY big. I first ordered the medium and they were gigantic, switched for the small and they are still very big but excellent quality, very warm! Wish they came in xsmall

Bought these since I’m going back to the office. More expensive but worth it. Super soft; look and feel like cashmere. Just got them so not sure how well they hold up through the winter but I doubt think I have ever been this happy trying on gloves before.

These ran large. The fingers were too long. Returned.

I live in Ontario and was looking for some lightweight daily gloves to go through fall and spring.
I landed on these and I’m pretty happy with the purchase.
Gloves are warm and soft, they get to temperature fast and are helpful even in mild wind/rain.
For harsher winter winds, colder temperatures and snow, they perfectly work as liner gloves for my bigger tougher Columbia that are wind and waterproof. Together they work as a charm!
At first I wasn’t happy with the lack of touchscreen support, but they helped me stay focused on my surroundings and get rid of my smartphone which in hindsight is great! When I need to use Maps I just remove the glove quickly and do my thing, and the wool is warm enough to get back at the right temperature super fast after I’m done.
The size I bought was called “M/S”, and it was running a tiny bit short at first, even if I have smaller hands than the typical male, but after a few uses, thanks to the elastic polymer woven with the wool, they adapted to my hands, making for a perfect fit. Suggested if you’re looking for a light daily glove for temperatures -5C

I bought women’s Small and they are huge, runs very big.

I bought these online. The fingers are too long. They would fit Freddie Kruger, maybe. Smartwool won’t do anything for me and expects me to pay for shipping to send them back for a refund. I asked about the 100% satisfaction guarantee and they again told me to pay for shipping to get a refund. They also suggested I go to a local store to try them on first. We all don’t live in Toronto, Montreal, Edmonton or Vancouver. I won’t buy any more Smartwool products online.

Pretty good. Very warm and wind resistant, enough to for my winter bike commute. Only issue I’ve had is when they get wet they can become impossible to put on.
Kyle –
These gloves are wonderfully warm but still retain enough dexterity to manipulate the buckle on my bicycle helmet. They’re comfortable and look nice too.
Leslie –
I ordered L/XL, but too long, so gifted to friend. Loved it though, so reordered S/M. The color was off on smaller pair & had threads coming out all over. 🙁
Reginald –
Got these gloves to match my Patagonia jacket. These are my first from Smartwool and they are really great quality. Very soft and dense wool. I have large hands and these were large, but fit comfortably snug and not sloppy. They are two layers and very warm. Pretty happy with these.
Christina –
Unfortunately the sizing is off on this product, the palm of the head is too short and the fingers too long so they fit awkwardly.
Cynthia –
Gloves too tight. Fingers too long.
Marlene –
The fingers in even the size small are so generous that I thought it was a man’s glove.
Jacob –
Unfortunately although it’s nice material, the fingers are way too long and then way too tight at the base of all fingers. Must be a design malfunction. Cuts off circulation and really is uncomfortable.
Liza –
The width at the knuckle is 4 in. That is good for LXL (I have a wide hand) however, the palm to finger tip length is over 8 in. well over an inch too long.
Laurel –
The boiled bowl fabric was lighter weight than expected, and the fingers were so long that it would be impossible to do anything while wearing the gloves. I returned them.
Kristi –
You can’t use your phone with these on. I’ll be returning them
