I love these socks! The padding is perfect for hiking or long days on my feet. I these are the best and most durable socks I’ve found with Merino wool. The wool is a must for moisture wicking. Side benefit in a pinch I’ve been able to re-wear without feet feeling gross….

This is my 7 pair of socks that I bought that are Amartwool. I tried other and they can not compare to Smartwool. They are a fit perfect and no pain from sock lines. I live in Florida and wear them summer months. They repel the sweat and my feet do not stink or smell. I will buy more and they are worth ever penny.

Compared to other well known competitors, these are wider in the toes and have a nice stretch. Very comfortable.

I use these socks as my everyday socks, and especially for my (trails) walking. They are about as good as it gets, I think. Just the right amount of cushion and in the right place, comfortable, and have the merino that I like. I do not dry them–just wash on gentle/cold and they seem to do just fine. Some pilling, but not excessive.
